Hypsometry (Slicing-Majority Filter-Clip) 

1. Open the application ILWIS 3.3 Academic 
2. Type DEM_catchment = iff (catchment = "catchment") AND (DEM_av), DEM_av.?)
3. Then click the Show> OK will appear outcome
4. Right click on the file DEM_catchment> Image Processing> Slicing ...
5. Add new domain> Give a domain name with Hipsometery> OK
6. Tambakan item with Upper Bound, Class Name, Code: 900, <900, 1> 1000, 900-1000, 2> 1100, 1000-1100, 3> up to 2600, 2400-2600, 17
7. To view and change color when the Representation
8. after click Show> OK
9. Click on the color on the right side so that the color appears> OK
10. Right click on Hipsometery> Statistics> Histogram> Show
11. Will emerging data on the existing color topografy
12. To view a live histogram of DEM_catchment right click on DEM_catchment> Statistics> Histogram ... > Show
13. To know the result of the area then we go to View> Command Line
14. Then will come the Comment line and enter the command> Area_Sum = value * area> Enter
15. It would appear a new column containing the value and area pengkalian
