The following are some steps:
1. Open ArcView 3.3 or any other version
2. open an existing project file image map rasternya
3. give a sign with drawtool (draw point) on the area to be made the boundary line
4. add new theme by clicking view> new theme ...
5. select the feature type to Line and click ok
6. select the directory where to save the new theme file and then click ok
7. connect the dots to draw the existing line
8. after connecting the dots and then click theme> select stop editing
9. then click yes when there is a warning to keep the theme
