9. give a check on the file name in the window table view
10. to make a table to shapefile click way to theme on the main toolbar and select connect to Shapefile ....
11. place the shapefile in the directory you> click ok
12. when there is a warning then click NO
13. when they appear convert to shapefile then press Yes
14. give a check in the new file
